What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) often known as Tapping is a simple yet powerful tool that engages psychology with energy therapy. It is a useful alternative treatment in comforting physical pain and emotional distress. Through discussing any issues you may be dealing with, whether that be physical pain or emotional discomfort, we can work out the exact phrases to use whilst tapping on certain points in your energy system to work simultaneously with the body and the mind to help you to heal. 

EFT is a wonderful tool to be used in helping to recover from situations that are too uncomfortable to talk about. Each session is entirely led by you and your comfort levels.

I believe that EFT can be a really effective way of creating a psychological anchor to help you between therapy sessions. My personal preference is to use EFT alongside other healing therapies in this way.
