Hello, I hope this gorgeous sunshine breaking through the winter weather to provide the hope of the coming spring finds you well.

I thought it was about time I showed you around the beautiful little cabin that Cotswolds Healing Therapies calls home. The cabin was designed to fit around the wonderful sycamore we have growing in my garden here in Coates, Cirencester. I have carefully designed it to provide specific areas within the cabin, there is my office space, where I am writing to you from now. There is the lovely talking therapy corner, which is where I conduct most of the therapy I provide here, a comfy sofa area, which is perfect for parents waiting whilst I provide hypnotherapy for their children and a wonderful space inbetween the two where I can set up my treatment couch for Reiki and HypnoticReiki treatments.

The response I always get from new visitors to the cabin, is what a lovely calm feeling the space provides, other than the occasional neighbourhood dog barking, or the patter of the raindrops on the roof, the space is so quiet and still, providing a perfect place of calmness, reflection and relaxation. The comfortable chairs in the talking corner provide reassuring support, whilst the gentle reclining bounce of the chair allows you to indulge in relaxation, as you let go of the issues you may bring to therapy and allow positive changes to occur in your life through your control.

This safe space is a perfect place to explore the reasons you are visiting me here and allow us to work in partnership to create relaxation, balance and change in your life, whether that is overcoming a phobia, stopping smoking or increasing self-esteem. The areas that I work with revolve around one key aspect - your desire to make a change. I believe that this space is the healing space for you to be able to achieve that.

You can find out more about each of the different therapies I provide here on my webpage, please remember that each treatment is bespoke, you may come for hypnotherapy, but that treatment may be complimented by some tapping or some Reiki. WIth your agreement we will work together to formulate the perfect treatment plan for you. I always keep my prices fair and transparent, you will not be charged more for having a combination of treatments, each treatment session is agreed and with a fixed price based on time regardless of the methods used.
