As next Wednesday, 18th October 2023, marks International Menopause Awareness Day, I felt now would be a good time to tell you all about the exciting addition to the services I provide here at Cotswold Healing Therapies in Cirencester. I am proud to introduce HypnoMenopause®.

 

What is HypnoMenopause®?

What to expect

We’ll start off by exploring what you would like to achieve from our sessions together.

Every woman has a unique experience of menopause. We’ll explore any issues which might be concerning you, from dealing with responsibilities and coping with workplace pressures, to helping you reduce the impact of hot flushes and sleep better.

During each session I’ll help guide you into your own personal, inward-looking state. You’ll learn how to connect with your body in a positive way and you’ll receive recordings to reinforce the powerful work we do together during our sessions.

 

As you may have already noticed on my Facebook and Instagram posts, I am going to be sharing information about this wonderful approach at the Menopause Fayre, hosted by You, Me & The Menopause  in the Corinium Museum, Cirencester on Wednesday 18th October from 4pm – 8pm, please do come along, there will be lots of information from wonderful experts in the field of menopause management and a welcome drink on arrival!
