The hustle and bustle of shopping, decorating, and entertaining can leave individuals feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Fortunately, there are several techniques that can help you manage the stress and anxiety that often come with the holidays, including hypnotherapy, reiki, and EFT.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses guided relaxation to help individuals achieve a heightened state of awareness. By accessing the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy can help individuals address the root cause of their stress and anxiety. During the session, the hypnotherapist will guide the individual into a state of deep relaxation, allowing them to access their innermost thoughts and feelings.

One of the benefits of hypnotherapy is that it can provide individuals with the tools they need to manage their stress and anxiety. By teaching individuals relaxation techniques and coping mechanisms, hypnotherapy can help individuals feel more in control of their emotions. This can be especially helpful during the holiday season, when stress levels can run high.

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific energy points on the body. By doing so, it can help reduce stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions. To use EFT for stress at Christmas, we could start by identifying the specific issue that's causing you stress. Is it the crowds at the mall? The pressure to find the perfect gift? Once we've identified the issue, we rate the intensity of your stress on a scale of 1 to 10.

Next, with my guidance you begin tapping on the energy points while repeating a positive affirmation. For example, you might tap on the side of your hand while saying, "Even though I'm stressed about Christmas shopping, I deeply and completely accept myself." I will show you how to repeat this phrase while tapping on each of the energy points.

After a few rounds of tapping, we check in and rate your stress level again. Repeating the tapping process until your stress level has decreased to a manageable level. I can show you how to be successful with your own tapping regime, and with practice, EFT can become a valuable tool for managing stress during the holiday season and beyond.

Reiki therapy is a form of energy healing that uses light touch to balance the body's energy and promote relaxation. It can be especially helpful for reducing stress and anxiety, as well as improving sleep and overall well-being.

During a Reiki session, I will place my hands on or near your body, using various hand positions to channel energy to different parts of your body. You may feel a warm or tingling sensation, or simply a deep sense of relaxation.
